An English-Spanish bilingual website for a flooring business for brand recognition in both language markets. The business has a customer base in commercial and residential areas.

Purpose

The flooring business was going through a digital transformation phase and required a new website that was bilingual in Spanish and English, a new logo design, and a custom domain email. This requirement was to expand brand visibility in both markets and increase revenue.

Process

My process included market research for the flooring business on both target customers. I also implemented UI/UX features and Design Thinking to ideate a prototype and the final design. The live version of the website is responsive. I also used my graphic design skills to design a new logo. I guided the customer on best practices for selecting a new domain and implemented a contact form connected to a custom domain email using the Microsoft 365 Business platform. I also employed AI and human translation to meet localization requirements and create an impact on both markets.
