This is a prototype for an eLearning course that uses Microsoft Teams at a nonprofit organization to improve communication among the leadership team.

Purpose

The purpose was to increase communication and collaboration at a local church. Implementing MS Teams was part of a digital transformation transition that I led, including creating a website, a custom domain, and a custom email domain. MS Teams addressed the challenges of centralizing communication on one platform, increasing collaboration, and establishing governance on user access.

I created this prototype as the basis for ideating, developing, and demoing an eLearning course on using MS Teams. The process also involved doing the demo in English and in Spanish.
